"Once you have figured out the store and how everything is laid out, they have really cool stuff esp in Pet and outdoor department"
"I had a very bad experience. I bought moccasins and wore them once. even the sole was perfectly clean. I got two calluses on both feet because of this shoe and decided to return it. I didn't receive it. at first the cashier said that this was due to the fact that there was no price tag inside the shoes, and then that they did not accept used shoes, which I put on once and ruined both my legs to the blood. when trying on shoes in a store, you will never understand if the shoes are rubbing. I won't go back to Ross."
"I recently visited Ross, and to be honest, it was quite messy. I accidentally broke something because it was halfway out of the shelf, and I had to pay for it, which was frustrating. Additionally, sometimes it's challenging to find the item you're looking for. However, I must admit, if you're shopping on a budget, Ross is amazing! The prices are super low, and they have lots of adorable and affordable day-to-day items that are perfect for anyone looking basic items for an affordable price."
