"The place was not very organized they had sale signs on product that were not on sale, and when I brought it up, the lady just said we'll the computer says it's full price. This was not just one product but several."
"Can you please consider a bench for customers waiting for others who are in the dressing room trying on clothes? We are older and it is hard for me to stand for long . I think this would make our shopping experience better if there was just a place to sit. I tried to get someone to help but never found anyone. I wound up going into the dressing room with my husband and it was a tight squeeze. Thanks for your consideration."

"The girl that checked us out was very rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. Huge attitude. She asked if I wanted to apply for the academy card & explained I could get some money off my purchase if I did all I have to do is apply. So I told her no thank you. Then as I was paying for our items with my card I was waiting for the transaction to go through, a whole minute passed and she said "it is a credit card" and I was so confused because she said it after the conversation had already been done. And I asked "what?" And she looked at me like I was stupid and said "what I asked you to apply for...the academy card." And I said "no thank you, I'm fine." Which I already told her no thank you already. I don't know why she was being so unpleasant but after she checked us out she didn't bag any of our items she just stood there until I asked her nicely to and she replied with sarcasm. I asked if my daughter's helmet could also fit in one of the bags and she replied rudely "probably". First and last time at this Academy. The Austin Academy has better service. The only person that was helpful here was an older gentleman."
"The shoe guy Dustin I wanna say.. he surely was amazing from his vast knowledge of all the brands and helped me finally find the perfect fit and exactly what I was looking for. I always have dreaded fitting myself for shoes because they always seemed uncomfortable because of disc and spine issues. Now I know why. I was never properly fitted to compensate for what ails me. I can't say thank you enough."
