"They have great prices on clothing, but finding what you want can be hit or miss. The racks are labeled by size, but things are all over the place. If you are willing to pick thru and dig, you can find some great deals."

"I typically avoid Burlington like the plague. It’s usually a mess, service sucks, takes forever, and the merchandise is sub-par compared to the other discounters. I needed something specific today and went to three locations. 1 was ok, 1 was awful, and this one was great. It’s the only one of the three I would return to - and I found just what I was looking for. Store was well-kept, good merchandise, and the registers were well-run so it didn’t take forever to pay. For some reason the shoppers here tend to take to much stuff to the register, hem and haw, ask a bunch of questions and be confused - which makes buying something quickly out of the question. There was only one checker when I got in line. The customer proceeded to do all of that and the checker loudly said she needed to decide what to do because she had a line - basically keep it moving - in a nice way. Checker also immediately called for backup when the line formed, which promptly showed up. Also clean, new and well lit. Good experience. Apparently shopping at a Burlington for discounts doesn’t have to be painful!"

"Staff is extremely rude. My husband and I found items in clearance and then they refused to honor it. The manager blamed it on one of the associates putting it in the wrong area and then the associate blamed it on being understaffed. It wasn’t just one or two items either. It was 3-4 racks of clothes that had clearance signs but were not actual clearance. The really old manager with the piercings said she changed the signage but still refused to honor the error on their part. Old and young manager also refused to give any corporate number or store manager information which was shady. They ended up giving me the first wrong number that came up on google. Maybe hire better people."

"This location does not have fitting rooms available yet the have them. The items are always over the place. Looks like, sorting those clothes is something the staff isn't familiar with. The cashier area is a special place, the workers give you an attitude and act like they're doing you a favor by being there. I mean, you don't want to work there then just don't. The customers come to spend money, workers to earn. No one cancelled being nice to each other. I don't think customers ask the staff to entertain them or something. Just be decent, from both sides."

"My opinion: by far the best Burlington in Austin, well stocked, nice selection of varieties, clean bathrooms!!! Easy returns, comfy seats in the foyer. If you don’t mind driving a distance, that is if you don’t stay close to cedar park. This should be a preferred option."
