"If I could zero stars I would my son went in for a hair cut and they completely chopped it pushed his hair cut way back and with him being at that age I literally have a son who doesn't want to go to school to be made fun of I had to listen to him cry for a entire day I absolutely will never go back and we go here often they have noted he gets the same thing every time this lady however needs her license took if she can't properly cut so here I am now having to put make up on him I feel so heartbroken for him and his self esteem now he said he will never get a hair cut again so thank you to cost cutters"

"Another good visit. Not great this time. I have a natural part that I'm trying to minimize. The stylist started cutting my hair to work with the part instead. Corrected her a little too late, and the hair is now too short to lay properly for at least a couple weeks until it grows out. Otherwise, really nice and fun to talk to, like most of the staff."
