"FREEPORT BUSINESS- DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS!! Melanie Galan Please repost this disgustingly true story.... Today we took our kids on our community outing. Seven middle school children with mild to moderate cognitive disabilities. We went to eat at Joe's Pizza.. they took very good care of us. Then we went to Twice as Nice. They also greeted us with kindness. The people at... Wagner's even gave the kids pencils!! HOWEVER, JET'S BEAUTY SUPPLY did NOT greet us. When the kids started looking around the woman who proudly called herself "the owner" yelled at me to stop letting the kids touching everything. She then told me to "control the children." Control them? What am I doing, walking them like dogs?? When I told her I would be sure to let everyone know how welcome we were made to feel in her store, she told me to, "SHUT UP." Yes, the owner of JET'S BEAUTY SUPPLY TOLD A TEACHER, IN FRONT OF HER YOUNG STUDENTS, TO "SHUT UP!" She also said she, "OWNS THIS STORE, AND DOESN'T CARE IF SHE LOSES MY BUSINESS." Really, maybe she will care if everyone reposts this and she loses a little more than just my business. ?? Help me and my kids out!! Don't shop at JETS BEAUTY SUPPLY IN FREEPORT ILLINOIS!!!"

"I was new to Freeport, and was looking for a classic beauty supply store that catered to ethnic hair. Upon reviewing the previous reviews I was very apprehensive, however I needed beauty supply products. I was pleasantly surprised when I came into the store. It was pretty large with a wide variety of products. The two staff members that were there were very friendly. I've only gone once but so far so good. I do plan on returning."
