"My haircut was about 4” shorter in the back then it should have been. Very upset, it takes a long time to grow back. It’s above my ears and it should be on my neck to about my collar. Showed her pictures, it looks nothing like it, nothing! And of corse they can’t put the hair back on my head. I’m almost in tears. I won’t ever be back."
