"They do absolutely nothing to help! I had to go through the better business bureau to have someone address my issue which was the premium being charged more and they cancelled my policy without warning because they didn’t have my correct address. I spoke to a Morris ou Maurice who took my payment in full ($1500)and now they are charging me an additional $290 stating the payment was not in full. When speaking to Jackeline to get this corrected, she said she cannot help me and what Morris said was that he didn’t know what I was paying, he “took my word for it”. They lied on the BBB report stating things were taken care of but they didn’t. They lied to me to make me believe things were done and later on charged me more. Not a trustworthy business."
