"I want to highly recommend this place to have tires and tire/wheel repair. Perris the salesman took really good care of my rim problem. They were able to fix my rim where I thought I'd need a new one. Perris very polite and concerned about my problem. Was treated like he was actually a friend."

"I would give 5 stars. My family and I have been going to Discount Tire for over 20 years. Their tire warranty is amazing at a fair price. I will only buy tires at Discount Tire. The last few times I was there at the Oaklawn IL location, I had to ask for the special tire valve stem cap that goes on my new truck tire. They just put a black plastic cap on. I just find it strange when I ask they all of the sudden find the valve stem cap that they originally took off the tire. The last time my spouse took the truck in and forgot to check. They did it again put the black plastic valve stem cap on. I didn’t feel like going back to get the correct one. I just stopped at my car dealer and they put the correct one on for me for free. I never had to check their work in the past 20 plus years. Now I check everything before I leave."

"Was at Highland location didn’t have the tires I wanted so I had the tech call oak lawn location for the tires they told the tech yes they have them drove a 1 1/2 on a doughnut to oak lawn to wait for 45 minutes for them to tell me they don’t have the tires and it’s nothing they can do about it so on a doughnut they try to send me to another store I asked wasn’t it anything else they can do cause I drove a hour plus there one of the managers looked at me in the eyes and laughed like it was a joke asked to speak to another manager heard him say yea I’m to busy for that I use to buy all my tires from Discount Tires I will not give y’all another red cent and suggest if u I tire trouble don’t go to this location"

"During tire rotation I got a call saying the lug is crossthread. Proceeded to say they re tapped the stud. Knowingly left this wheel hub stud like this and impacted it on and sent me on my way. Not right if I got a flat I probably would have to have it towed & I had to eat the cost of repair."

"I have always had great customer service here! I was on my way to run errands (3:30pm) and my tire inflation system went off. I turned around and went to Discount Tire to check it out. Thankfully they were still open. I had 2 large nails in my tire. They close at 5:00pm yet still took me even though there were about 20 cars ahead of me. Estimated time was 8:15pm. Not only did they knock out all those cars before me but my tire was done by 5:30pm and no charge. Every person I talked to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable very nice group of guys. Needless to say the gentleman who fixed my tire received a generous tip. Thank you for saving the day!"
