"If you get hit by anyone who owns this insurance and it is their fault,you should consider yourself SOL.This insurance will say they did their own investigation and found their insurer not liable even though the police report states they are at fault driver. If you are dealing with Jessica Welsh at this office dont even bother. She has no communication skills, doesnt answer her voicemails nor emails. Her client drove off the road and got hit by another vehicle which caused her to hit our vehicle with my pregnant wife at the time. Accident happened on June 21st. It is October and they have been ignoring us and finally we were able to get them to send us a denial letter.... 3 months later. Definitely taking this corrupt insurance company to court along with their client who got convicted in court by a judge of being at fault."
