"I have taken my 2 vehicles to Rick and his team several times now. I'm not a mechanic but have done a lot of my own work on my cars. What I really love about this team is they will listen to my own thoughts on the diagnosis that will save them some time. Also when they find a problem, they literally take me to the garage to show me what they found. There's no room for dishonesty (like some mechanics just make things up). Super genuine guys. They even gave me a ride home once due to me being low on funds for an uber. Happy I found them when I moved into the area :) Btw not sure if it's relevant but I have a 2009 expedition and a 2016 mazda 3."

"If you have a Dodge, take it elsewhere. Trusted Rick and his team but after telling me that he put in a "universal" coolant to top-off, that trust was gone. He couldn't tell me the brand he used. I am hoping that no damage was done to the engine. "The more you know", lives on. Unfortunately, that came along with a $1k bill / lesson learned. I am wondering if the work he performed was really needed now. Ask to see all old parts that he supposedly replaced."
