"I worked as a maintenance assistant. The clown over maintenance is a joke. My duties consisted of running a compactor to crush boxes. The maintenance guy took a simple job and turned it into something hard. The job itself was really simple, you would push 2 to 3 skids, stacked with boxes, up to the compactor and check the boxes to make sure they were empty before putting them into the compactor. Like I said real easy job. The clown over maintenance would want you to check the boxes and then stack them on the floor to get ready to put into the compactor. There was no need in double handling these boxes, you could check the boxes as you loaded the compactor. This company has a hard time keeping employees and I can see why when you get stuck working with a clown like I was stuck with. The company itself seems like a pretty good company."
