"I went in late Saturday 11/04 to do a return. After the return I went to look around the store. A couple minutes later, the same sales associate approached me stating that she could not process my return because the shoes and the box did not match. She accused me of changing the shoes and the box. I tried explaining to her that I did not switch any shoes or boxes and bought them as they were. She insisted I was lying and stated they will not return my money back until they watch the security cameras which will take a week. I then told her that she was the one who checked me out the day I purchased them and I showed her my receipt. After she saw the receipt, she told me my return will be processed and did not apologize for her actions. I left the store upset and with a bad experience."

"The sells Associates were nice. They do have a wide variety of shoes, however they are pricey! Even those on sale! The reason I give three stars is because the line to pay for the shoes was ridiculous. It took the cashier so long to do whatever she was doing. I waited so long that I debated on putting the shoes back but, they were great shoes so I waited for them. I was almost late for my appointment , I did actually I almost have to put those shoes back and I would have been very upset . Hopefully they can fix that."

"Overall not bad they have a good variety for the women shoes men is a bit smaller. But we did find something in the size we needed. There’s always some sort of discount running but this place tends to be more pricey. Overall 4/5 decent place"

"I found what I was looking for here, and that's what matters. This location is smaller than most of the other nearby locations, but the selection that they do have is top notch. No need to go through the hundreds of other styles that may be outdated or less appealing. The shoes that they do have are plentiful and they have multiple popular sizes on the shelf ready for purchase. That's a big plus as oftentimes at other locations my size is out or available only in odd colors. I do wish though that they had shoe horns out which would help in the try-on process. The check out process was quick and hassle free. The cashier was happy to add additional phone numbers to my account so that in the future I can pull it up without having to guess which number it's under."
