Victoria's Secret & PINK by Victoria's Secret 641 East Boughton Road, Bolingbrook, IL 60440

"I had one of the worst shopping experiences ever at this VS (Bolingbrook) location. The manager (Betty) was very rude and unprofessional. First of all, the store wasn't busy at all. The other workers were pleasant and helpful, but Betty was so impolite and unpleasant from the moment I approached her with a simple question about the register being open. Her sudden and sharp response....." NO" was so uncomfortable that my 12-year-old daughter didn't want to go to her register. I should have gone with my better judgment and stood in line with the other cashier. Unfortunately, I was next in line and had no choice but to go with her. I was still trying to be pleasant and ignore her unmannered behavior and nicely asked Betty at their BOGO apparel sale and her response was, "I don't know and I'm not going to lie to you." As I stood there waiting for her to finish response, she blatantly stopped talking to us and started ringing up all my items and didn't say anything else. My daughter and I just stood there dumbfounded. I'm not in retail but wouldn't you think being a manager she would know the answer or at least try to find out. Surprisingly, it didn't stop there, she was also very bothered and frustrated when she couldn't scan my coupons. She again just stopped and bluntly said to me that it didn't work. Usually, if the barcode doesn't scan, cashiers can type the item number in but not Betty, she wasn't going to bother doing that for me. I had to ask her to type it in and again she was frustrated because she couldn't see the numbers. So I finally told her that I would go to the other cashier because her attitude was the worst and she was very rude. Of course, I had no problem with the other cashier or my coupons. I also didn't appreciate Betty lurking around me the whole time as I was checking out. She made my daughter and I feel so awkward and uneasy with her standing there staring at us with her smirky smile. I will never go back to this location and I do plan to call corporate about this. I've been shopping at VS and Pink for over 20 years and this was by far my worst encounter with a salesperson. A special thank you to the sweet cashier who helped me."

"Customer service SUCKS!! I had asked an employee if they had a larger size in a lavender colored henley pj set. Since it’s my niece’s favorite color and the size was not available. I’ve asked her to check other VS store for the size I wanted. She informed me that” what I see is what they have. You can call the other store if they have the size you’re looking for”. Isn’t that their job to call or check on line if it’s available. VERY POOR SERVICE. The RATING is a 0 or no star since it won’t let me post unless I give it a star."

"Came into The store was greeted associates very nice. While being in the store, while I was in the store I car alarm went off so I went to see if it was my car. I just open the door didn’t step outside and the store alarm went off I apologize I said I’m only checking if it’s my car, the store manager came up, telling me to step back because the alarm is ringing in everybody’s ears (not even I’m sorry ma’am can you please step back ) then came time check out I had two transactions because I had two separate coupons. The first transaction went through. I didn’t realize one of the things is on sale until I did a second transaction. I was buying the same item, so I’ve asked to get a difference on the first transaction. The girl at the register was extremely nice but the manager was rude. Her name is Amanda was literally 20 feet away and she kept being on the walkie-talkie instead of coming up , she said since I had a coupon, she cannot honor the discount for the slippers, ( did not come up once ) yet on the second transaction the coupon applied. The girl at the register asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager I said no she’s only 20 feet awayShe couldn’t come up ? I grab my purchase and left."

"I went into Victoria Secret in the promenade today around 6pm. I was not greeted at all when I walked in. I was walked passed by an employee and didn’t get asked if I needed any kind of assistance. There were maybe 4 people in the store including me. When I went over to pink, the cashier that was checking me out didn’t ask if I found everything alright. She kept giving me a funny look as if I was bothering her. Just seemed like both of them had attitudes. When I was done being checked out, I had to say “have a good night!“ or she wouldn’t just handed me my receipt and sent me on my way. I’ll never return to this location again. I planned on being fitted for bras and making way more purchases than I did but I just got what I needed and left. They need to invest in better employees."

"VS was very busy because they had a great sale. I had questions and needed help finding something. Michelle was there and was able to help me right away. She was a geat help!! This store could use some improvement at the cash wrap. I was one of 6 or 7 people in line and there was only one employee cashing people out. Eventually someone came to help out but this could have been fixed earlier. Overall- I will definitely be back because I love the products but I hope they work on the service a bit."
