"I must say I was having the worst day ever until I made my way to see Bobby Bond who is incredible. He instantly became one of my favorite people of the day. He was professional yet friendly. Helpful as ever and saved me about $150 for my issue. I’d definitely recommend him and his store to anybody who having a car issue from tires to everything else."
"0 if I could. March take my car in for a bad wheel barring they estimated it to be 800 and I get that it's an estimate but when all was said and done it was 1500. On top of that they told my other half that I need break pads and rotors. I declined that for the time being. Jump to the end of June/July I notice that my drive side tire just the edge of if was worn way down I just ignore (I know), End of August getting ready to go see family in Maryland so I did my breaks, they were fine, did them anyway Rotors were also fine didn't do them at all. Skip to the end of September car fails safty for the tire (again I know) finally have the money to get an alignment and new tire go to a different shop they do the alignment I leave there is a grinding coming from my front that sounds super familiar take it back. They look at it it's my driver side wheel barring. Alignment guy said that by the looks of it they didn't do an alignment after replacing the wheel barring (which I was charged for an alignment) which is what cause the tire to wear like it did. Take it back to Dobbs to have the wheel barring looked at again, yes it's bad yes its under warranty but we need to do an alignment which isn't covered you'll need to pay for that. WHAT?? I told them I'm not paying for another alignment. On my paperwork it says I declined it. Definitely feel like they owe me for the new tires and the alignment but I know it's never going to happen. To drive straight this is how my steeling wheel is sitting. Don't go to them!!"
"I have always had a great experience with Dobbs. The mechanics are nice and do great work. The prices are also reasonable. Bobby, the store manager, is very friendly and helpful. The quality of work and a caring and knowledgeable staff keep me coming back."
"From the time I called the store to inquire about services to the final fix for my flat tire, I most definitely received 5 star service. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and well knowledgeable. Bobby went above and beyond to help me with my spare tire and Andrew was holding down the phone. Its awesome to be around such good energy especially dealing with a car "crisis". Highly recommended location. Thanks again!!"
