Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"I've always loved this location, so I was surprised when my car started making noises a few hours after my oil change. My skid plate wasn't attached back onto my car correctly, but the manager was very apologetic about the error, and he made sure that the issue was corrected when I brought my car back."

"I have gone to this location for almost 8 years and have not had any issues except waiting (approx. 1.5 hours today), which is totally fine normally. I do not mind. I went to get an oil change today and everything went fine until I left. After leaving, I could hear a very loud noise coming from the bottom of my vehicle. I stopped and discovered my skid plate was hanging off and dragging the ground (ran 1 errand close and then heard it). I barely made it back to the store without it coming off completely. I had to drive 20 mph the whole way there. I went inside and told them what happened and they proceeded to tell me to get in line that was out to the street. I waited for over an 1 hour for them to take 5 minutes to fix something that they had not properly secured in the first place. I will not being coming back to this location."

"Yea definitely wouldn’t have chosen this location if I would’ve been smart enough to read the reviews. I wouldn’t recommend this one unless you have enough time to wait almost two hours for an oil change and receive no customer service. I’ve never had any issues with Valvoline until today and it definitely left a bad enough taste in my mouth to not return to any location."

"Prices are high, took over a hour, tire rotation was supposed to be free but I was charged anyway. Left the outside of the car covered with oils stains, did not inflate the tires to the correct pressure, left inside of the car dirty after he found the air cabin filter . Oh and the hustle salesman mentally is getting old. I just wanted an oil change. Never going back to any Valvoline"
