He was quick to work and was the most reasonable offer that I received from any mechanics near me, most wouldn't use the part I had already purchased with the precious mechanic and wouldn't normally even work on a job that had been started by something else. Victor came over to my house on two of the coldest days yet and worked tirelessly and after all was said and done I finally have heat back in my car and can drive comfortably. I cannot recommend Victor enough and the size of the job I had really shows his skill. "As a graphic artist, can imagine how much I don’t know about cars….. so when I initially called, Victor answered almost immediately. I tried to explain what I was experiencing and he seemed to know not only what the issue was but also what would cause my problem. I just saw dollar signs as anyone would but Victor took the time to ease my mind and make me feel confident with his diagnosis (just over the phone!) As he explained what would need to be done, he mentioned specific details of my experience driving recently that I didn’t share with him. Only a seasoned mechanic would know these details. Upon dropping my vehicle off, he greeted me almost as soon as I exited my vehicle with a handshake and introduced him self to me. We chatted for a min or two and he shot me straight. Victor quoted me a price and turnaround time and he was calling me the following day, hours before he projected. He accepted today’s popular money apps making it easier for each customer!
