"Went for a maintenance tune up, after I picked up my car, lights on dashboard came on, so I brought it back & asked for a copy of the inspection report for paperwork proof that I had to come back, Kevin said that he wasn’t supposed to give copies of inspection reports, that he was offended that I took him to be a dishonest person, called my request silly, & told me I was trying to screw over the company, he then asked for the report back & when I didn’t give it back he told the mechanic to pull my car out without fixing the problem. The mechanic pulled me to the side and showed me what caused it and how they were going to fix it. Customer service should've been better especially since they caused the problem BUT I will say VERY reasonable prices."
