Customer service has no idea what they are doing and left me on hold forever until I hung up and called back to talk to someone else. This lady had no clue either and even the supervisor was lost without a solution!"

"The drivers go by their schedule not yours. Waited an hour and half for a driver after a doctor's appointment. Driver never came. The doctor's office closed, and I was outside waiting in the heatwave. Eventually they had to restart the process, and get Lyft involved. And when you call, it's automated, and their technology doesn't pick up a some of the audio prompts. Another driver got so frustrated because either she or MTM mistakingly went to my pharmacy first, which is supposed to be after a doctor's appointment. Even though the pharmacy is very close, the woman pulled and attitude, told me I have to get out of the car, and said she has someone else to pick up! I missed my doctor's appointment, and had to do it via video and couldn't get tests done. Update: I recently had another ride set up for a dr. The driver shows up an hour early, and says I'm not listed as roundtrip which I am. And says he has to get another ride, can't pick me up. So I call MTM, and tell them it's over an hour wait for the pick-up ride. They get on the phone and couldn't find someone to come sooner. Now today, I get a text saying my ride home later is cancelled. I called MTM and they said disregard. What!? Strange stuff. Just never feel like I can rely on a ride home."
