"My wife and I have been looking for a new bedroom furniture set for a while. She went to Ashley and was able to find one that she really liked. It was reasonably priced and quality built. While we were there, (at Ashley), we decided it was finally time for an upgrade to a king size bed. Helen, the sales associate who assisted us was fantastic! She helped us without being pushy. She listened to what we were looking for and asked us many questions which helped contribute to our decision. Top notch employee!!! She represents that company extraordinarily well. She was even able to save us some money a few different ways. I can’t be more serious when I say she was the best sales associate I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life in the history of furniture/bed shopping. All in all Amazing. We love Ashley Furniture and will definitely be back in the future. PS….. Helen deserves a a huge raise…….. the company is lucky to have someone like her!"

"Ashley's is a great place to get good quality furniture at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly yet they are not like helicopters hovering over you. They give you guidance on what you're looking for but don't push to make a sale. We've had great salespeople, Christian/Robert/Bart and others in the past and we wouldn't hesitate to use any of them again on future purchases. We would recommend Ashley to friends and relatives. T. "We purchased a table set back in 2021. Our sales person was great. Everyone at Ashley raved about their extra warranty with how it protects again water and other damages. We went ahead and purchased it along with the table. Unfortunately, the warranty is completely useless. We made one claim in order to get our table fixed due to damage from a cup of water spilling, and the warranty company will not cover it. Several representatives from the warranty company told us even if we made a claim on something else with the table it will not get approved due already having a rejected claim. We went back to Ashley and they directed us to the customer service line where we waited on hold and told us there was nothing they can do except recommending to us to buy a completely new table. This process has been a huge disaster as what we thought would be covered under the warranty was now deemed outside the terms. We will not be recommending the extended warranty to any of our friends or family members, and we will definitely not recommend Ashley furniture as a company in general."

"We went to Ashley Furniture to find a living room set to replace our 12 year old set. When we entered the store we were pleasantly greeted by a sales person. She ask us what we were interested in and then guided us to the area that we were interested in. She answered all of our questions. Her listening and communication skills are excellent. Her knowledge of the products are excellent. I highly recommend the Shiloh Ashley Furniture."

I only wished that their customer service was better than we received we first walked into the store. I would love to give this store five stars, but we were NEVER greeted until we were leaving. Nobody stopped to say hello, or even welcome to Ashley’s."
