Panera Bread,

"My friends and I go there for coffee and talk. It’s a nice place, but I have to downgrade Panera because of one item, it’s cinnamon rolls. They were fluffy and hot and sticky, served out of a pan. Now they’re hockey pucks—hard, round, tasteless, and stacked like cookies. Shame on you, Panera."

"This location needs help and employees. They seem to have been short staffed every time I come here. (About 5 times) The employees are very nice but it seems to be an issue with having enough staff. I feel that if you are short staffed then drive thur should be closed instead of having a single employee running it and having people wait 20min or more at the speaker to place an order. Again that is just to place the order and not including the 30+ min waiting for the order."

"I've stopped ordering from this location for some time due to them constantly being out of different breads. I see the "national shortage" alert they always have online. I substitue when they are out with no problem. This evening I ordered, substituted the breads they were out of with breads that where supposed to be in stock. Waited for the text for pick up, arrive to be told they only have bread for 1/3 sandwiches. Unfortunately the other bread offered was not something anyone likes. We had already selected a substitute for these two sandwiches. I received my refund after waiting at the drive thru speaker. I won't go into detail about how I was treated very coldly after requesting my ordered be cancelled and refunded. Why pay for something already over priced that I don't want and won't eat. Sad to say this won't faze this company, but I just won't waste my time at this location anymore. Do better Panera BREAD"

"they forgot half of my order when I placed an online order. Noticed the bag was light so I checked it quick before leaving. When I noticed the bread didn’t even cover half the sandwich, the manager, zayne, said that’s what the sandwiches always look like and offered me to talk to their bakers so they could confirm. $15 for a sandwich where the bread doesn’t even cover the contents? Do not recommend."

"Definitely have had better. First it took a long while to get our food. They were also out of a lot of the ingredients and when I ordered avocado on my salad it was not good. Don't know if I'll go this location again..."
