"Actually it is a ZERO star. I got quoted a price, started my business 2 vans insurance policy. Now after 2 month I have to pay an additional 50% more if I want to continue because of a mistake the agent did. I would have never changed and will go away from Allstate ASAP. Owner of Agency will not be contacting me while I travel out of the country. It's a joke!!"
