"I ordered a new Peloton bike from this store and was s sent a refurbished one with missing cables which I rejected on delivery. When I went to the store to resolve the problem they would not put me in touch with the district manager and said they would take care of the problem. It has now been three weeks and I have had no contact or resolution of the issue from anyone at Peleton I now plan on returning to the store once again, and will write an email to the CEO as a result of this horrible lack of service. I would’ve expected much more considering the brand, and the amount of money spent."

"Do NOT buy a peloton tread!!! I have had the worst experience. The tread was delivered a month ago by a third party. Who simply delivered and left. Well the tread didn’t work, called customer service they said they have had this issue before and sent a replacement base. Waited another two weeks for the base. Base is delivered and tread still doesn’t work! Peloton has been less than accommodating and overall a waste of my time. It’s unfortunate because this was an anniversary surprise gift for my husband."

"I was so excited to finally visit a Peloton store. I had an "appt" but apparently, I was a bother to the salesperson. I have read about other folks' visits and was so excited to get help and make sure my bike settings were correct. Big disappointment. Wanted to buy some merchandise, but the service was such a turnoff that I decided to pass. I may have been convinced to buy the rower, so it's just as well!!!"

"My husband and I enjoyed our time at this Peloton location. Ashley Beckford and the team made us feel very welcomed taking time out to show us the features without pressuring us to buy anything. L We could tell that Ashley really loves the company because not only did she share the technical aspects of the bike but her own personal experience as well as instructor recommendations. There is supplemental equipment available as well as clothes. There's a huge dressing room available as well as a room to privately try out a Peloton without everyone watching you. I enjoyed my experience here. I noticed that they sanitized all equipment between customers and that added to my feeling of safety at this location."
