"These guys are my go-to when I'm looking for something specific. The staff has Wikipedia level knowledge of firearms. Their selection is held in a tiny store, but they have so many options. It takes me about 15 minutes just to look at the shelves and walls of options. I had a unique ammo that nobody had in stock due to our economy doing so great, thanks Biden, but they had some available and it was not marked up crazy even though it was a hard-to-find round. It really is a one stop shop for all your needs. They never rush you even when they are busy. They take the time to listen and help. Everybody needs to go and at least look at what they have."

"Last week one of the employees ordered a recently released optic for me. I went in a week later just to see if it arrived as I had not received a call that had. The guy I dealt with last week was with another customer so I was waiting for an employee to to become available and ask if it had arrived. Turns out the next available employee was the JACKASS Manager. I told him that one of the guys had ordered an optic last week and I was just checking to see if it had arrived. He said that the optic hadn't been released yet and I told him the the employee over there that was busy with a customer had ordered 2 and was to put my name on 1 it when it arrived. Rather than asking the employee that ordered the item he rudely pulled every optic that was the same style but for different pistols footprints and slammed each one onto the counter stating what pistol it fit to prove his point to me. I told him it may be better for me to speak with the employee that ordered them and he stated he orders everything and that he did not order that item as it hasn't been released yet. He then turns to another employee and asks if he ordered it, knowing that he wasn't the one I mentioned that had. That employee pulls up the most recent orders on the computer and says that the item is still in Transit. Upon hearing that the Manager storms off into the back without even the common courtesy of apologizing for his rude behavior. The employee that ordered the item called me the following day, after the so call Manager was a complete Jackass, to tell me it arrived. I told the employee that I have decided to not purchase the item or anything else from them due to the interaction I had with his manager. I can only assume the Manager is the reason that they are always hiring. I would put 1 star but the other employees have been really great to deal with. If that manager leaves I may be back."
