"Bought the Nexersys N3 Elite and really like the idea behind it. Unfortunately, it doesn´t work as advertised. :-( There seem to be multiple software as well as hardware issues. For example, one pad does not respond at all anymore (after just a couple of months with very rare use). I contacted customer service, which first had difficulties to understand the very basic nature of the problem and then took weeks to respond (only responded after a couple of inquiries). Then they promised to send me replacement parts on the (22. of November). However, since then I got no response anymore. Feeling ghosted. :-( Update1: The replacement part arrived. Thx for that! :-) Unfortunately, the package did not contain any instructions on how to install the part. Since I´m not an electrician or something similar, I´m still stuck. :-( Update2: Still waiting for a response from customer service. In the meanwhile system performance is deteriorating further. The display shows pixel stress from all the shaking due to strikes and less and less strikes are detected correctly (currently about 20% detection rate). And this doesn´t even mention all the software bugs. Feeling like a beta tester without any support in the back. :-( Too bad... since I still love the general idea. Upate3: Finally got a response with very clear instructions. Thx for that! :-) Unfortunately, I´m pretty busy right now, so it will take some weeks for the next update. Final Update: While still having some detection issues, it works much better after replacing a cable. Good but not perfect product!"

"I bought this machine at the beginning of the year, it was delivered mid-January, and the pads only worked intermittently, the problem appeared to be a broken control board. it took over three weeks to get the new part in and the new part did not fix the issue, it only made things worse, to where I now can no longer log into my machine. but it doesn't work anyway so I really don't have a need to log into it, I guess. this is a cool idea, but this company does not care about providing a quality product or providing service for their product. they take forever to respond back to you, do not answer the phone when you call, and will go weeks without reaching out back to you. do not buy this machine, just go get a punching back and sign up for fight camp. much better system when it comes to supporting their customers."

"We recently purchased the company's fitness product, which appeared novel and exciting. It is indeed novel, but it also turned out to be buggy and problematic. Even worse, reaching customer support has proven difficult. The company does not advertise an 800 number, and the only way to contact them is via a web-based form. To complete the form, all of its fields are considered essential, You must spend a good 45 minutes collecting information about the unit, when and where it was purchased, what is the software version, what is the serial number, etc, etc. Until the company fulfills its promise to consumers, I would advise everyone to avoid purchasing its products."
