"Literally the best customer service I’ve ever received. I placed an online pick up in store order and was anxious to pick up because this is my first (real) bike. I didn’t know what I was walking in to and I had hoped I ordered everything needed. I drove an hour to pickup on a holiday when the store closed early, which I wasn’t aware of. Not only did Gomez stay late to help me, but he did it with no hesitation. I ended up having to go back the next day to finish my purchase and he was so patient and helpful with all (and there were a lot) of my stupid newb questions. He walked me through everything on my bike, helped me with all my accessories, gave me a few pro cycling tips and loaded everything up for me. Really appreciate all of his help and guidance.
