"I bought a robotic cleaner for my Pool here and when it needed repair we naturally took it here, awful experience, they took two months to even get it ready to deliver, and on ever brought it home it was still not working!! Sane error codes and completely useless. They are inept, inexperienced and I believe they didn’t do any to it. What a horrible experience. Won’t be buying another from them that’s for sure."

"We have shopped this location many times and have always been very pleased with the service. Today however was a different story! The store had 3 people working they did not one time offer assistance when we trying to figure out which chemicals we needed for our pool, then when I did ask a question they were extremely rude and acted like I was bothering them. This is not the treatment we have every received at this location and I am so disappointed. I want to believe it was just an off day but reading some of the other recent reviews I'm afraid this is the new way of business at Leslie's Pools... Looks like we will be shopping elsewhere for our pool supplies."

"Called today to check on a part availability and the manager answered the phone. She was busy at the time but took my part number and said it would be 5 minutes. One hour later I called back to find out part status again she told me she had people there and to call another store. It would take 2 minutes to look up a part but she would not help me and hung up the phone on me. Great customer service!! Did I mention she is the manager!!!"

"Amazed with this store. Almost all employees are A+++ in knowledge. Ive had a calcium issue where I use muriatic acid. Its tough the tile is glass and can't pressure wash. The Leslie team told me to buy a spray on chemical it worked wonders literally easier then cleaning with acid and pressure washer. Ive loved this store. I know stores are hit and miss this one is good. Dont forget I believe that warranty over manufactures when purchasing bots."
