American Eagle & Aerie Store

"Went in the other day, and easily found what I was looking for.. as I’m going to purchase my stuff, one of the employees was considerate enough to check me out but then was rudely interrupted by what Im guessing is her manager or shift leader and she seemed visibly upset. Just let the poor girl do her job! I didnt check to see if they had a name tag, but the pink strip of hair on that employee who interrupted her stood out.. Management please do a better job of treating your employees well.. makes guests second guess their next visit.."

"The service I received was great. The young ladies that assisted me were very kind and considerate. I had a little toddler on my hip. They helped me select some jeans which all looked great. The young lady who helped me with the dressing room never complained once even though like a dork idiot I kept locking myself out."

"The store manager or junior manager Yasmina/Jasmina .. felt I was bothering her when my items did not ring correctly the first, second and third time the cashier called her over she had a horrible attitude. She would not allow the cashier to provide her name so that I could call corporate so once again I had to ask her to help me with her name and once again she had a horrible attitude. I am old enough to be this person's mother and she felt she was legitimate in talking to me like a child. Tired of going to places like this and getting treated poorly after spending my hard earned money. I will be contacting corporate or the general manager on this matter."

"Employees more worried about their personal conversations than assisting customers. We were in the store for 30 minutes and never asked by any of the 5 employees that walked by us if we needed assistance. When checking out they had one cashier and 3 people standing behind or near the counter talking. At one point I had to slide through the area between arie and AE because two associates were blocking the majority of the way in conversation. Very poor example of customer service. The store was mostly empty while we were in the store so this was not a matter of being busy."

"I went to their store earlier today and an employee named Jaz helped me. She was super kind and extremely helpful. She helped me a lot not only in the shopping department but also gave me the greatest advice. Her energy was amazing and overall had a very warming vibe. The staff is amazing and so is the store overall. Very neat and organized and easy to navigate items. Highly recommend shopping with them :)"
