"The guy who was working here was sooo sarcastically rude. He's white and has a blond hair. We got the promo where it's if you buy any shoes w full price you can choose from their sale and get 50% off. I wasn't planning on buying at all but my boyfriend bought a shoes so I was like well might as well get the promo since it's a good catch you know. So I asked for the shoe that I wanted and I noticed that the left pair had a lot of wrinkle which is unusual because the right pair was perfectly good. So I approached the guy nicely with a smile and I said this to him ( this was the exact sentence that I said ) "hi, is it okay if I ask for a new other pair? it's just that this left pair has a lot of wrinkles in it but if you can't, it's totally okay! I'm just hoping" and then I smile. The guy responded "that's the last one that I have" and I replied with "oh it's okay, no problem" and then I smiled again and then I turned around because my boyfriend was talking to me and the guy literally said "well it's literally on sale so what do you expect? just get another shoes if you want. that shoes is literally on sale" with a rude and sarcastic tone. Like please, I wasn't complaning that the left pair had a wrinkle.. I was literally just hoping that maybe you guys have another new pair that I could ask like how all customers do. I didn't complain when you said that you have it anymore. I was literally so nice to this guy, but the way he talked to me was literally in a sarcastic tone. Like come on just stopped after you said you don't have it anymore. Why would you tell me sarcastically that it's on sale and just get another shoes?"

"This Vans store location has a wide variety of Vans shoes as well as clothing and accessories. Prices are high that's why I rated it 4 stars. For example, a canvas jacket with an attached hood cost $85."

"Kayla was very very kind! she helped us pick out shoes and grabbed the dressing room for us! on the other hand, Sarah was not awesome. she followed us around as if we were trying to steal. She was not courteous whatsoever."

"This Oakbrook store has new Pandemic hours of 11-7 during the week. If you get to the store before 1 pm you shouldn't have to wait in line because they only allow 13 people in the store at a time. Good customer service (when only 3 other customers in the store) counter was cleaned before I stepped up to pay."
