"It had happened twice already where the chicken was in bad conditions or not cooked really well. I went today and brought my groceries and this chicken, when I got home and noticed that the chicken isn't fully cooked."

"Shopping at 7:55PM with my family, unaware store closed at 8PM instead of 8:30PM. Basket full of items, looking at clothing and young lady in glasses comes running to state store is closed DEMANDING me to go to the front. Horrible demeanor. I am very respectful and did not engage requesting for her to correct behavior. Store sales and EBITDA might be through the roof for employees to behave this way. Store could have had an additional $200 in sales this morning."

"I love to shop at Sam's I'm able to use their shopping scan app I scan as I am putting items into the basket that way I know exactly how much I have and know when I have reached my I can pay for it on the app and walk on straight up to the person at the door give them show them my my phone and keep walking. The employees they are very helpful always smiling greeting and you never hear them saying that's not my department I don't know I'm break... I love going to the Sam off of 1960 bypass"

"Ms. Brenda at the bakery was great at taking all of my questions and helping me order a cake for a party. I don't think there's a huge savings on most items, but definitely there is with the bakery- they have lots of good stuff! I like this sams compared to another in the area."

"Great selection and usually well stocked. I love the self scan stations. Really keeps the lines moving. The restaurant has great prices. I recommend going during the week. The weekend are super busy and it's hard to find parking and carts."
