"Avoid Loading and Unloading at Problematic Location Dear Truck Drivers I am reaching out to you with an important request regarding a recent experience I had at a particular location. I apologize for the urgency of this message, but I believe it is crucial to address this matter promptly. During my recent appointment I encountered significant issues that resulted in a very unpleasant experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:00 am and made sure to arrive at 5:30 am, ensuring that I was punctual and ready for the unloading process. Unfortunately, the circumstances at this location were less than satisfactory. Upon my arrival, I was assigned a dock for unloading, but to my disappointment, the process did not begin until 6:18 am, almost 20 minutes behind schedule. Furthermore, the unloading itself took an unexpectedly long time, finally concluding at 10:00 am. This four-hour delay caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my planned schedule for the day. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that you would consider avoiding this particular location for loading and unloading purposes. The delays and inefficiencies I experienced were highly frustrating, and I believe it would be in our best interest to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future."

"Park on the side of the long entrance way and then walk up to the guard shack to check in with your paperwork and driver's license. The guard will check your seal as you go thru the gate to the right. Receiving office is between 36 and 37. Three hours to get empty. Once empty, turn left out of the docks to get to the exit gate. You will need a gate pass to exit."

"Worse experience of my career receiving manger Isabel Sanchez is the worst so disrespectful telling me my delivery is cancelled and I have to reschedule for the 2nd time. Arrive with the load on Monday they wouldn’t take it because I was late for the appointment thats on me didn’t get another appointment til Wednesday and they they wouldn’t take 12 pallets off the truck all Isabel would say is it’s canceled and it’s nothing she can do. But im bringing you your product I could see if i was here for a pickup. Most unorganized unprofessional business i ever attempted to deliver to I wouldn’t come back regardless of what the load pays"

"Truck drivers, be aware! Takes forever to unload, they only take 1 pallet every 30 minutes, they really take their time to unload. Had a 6 AM appointment, it's 12 PM now and they still have at least another 40 minutes to go If you ever get a load to this place, better cancel it on spot and look for something else. What a joke"
