"This pharmacy is awful. My antidepressants have been on back order for days and the Restock ETA keeps getting pushed back. They didn’t even bother to contact any other Kroger pharmacies to try to get it AND they wouldn’t transfer my rx to another pharmacy. I had to do their legwork, and found a place that had it in stock. Really, mood stabilizers shouldn’t be brushed off. Needless to say, Kroger employs pharmacists that don’t really care about their job or their customers and I won’t return."

"I have been using the Kroger Pharmacy for 15 years and they have always been helpful and courteous. I have also received many vaccinations there. Always a good experience. I read some of the negative reviews and it appears to me that some people are virtually impossible to please."

"Went at 12:40 pm (20 mins before break) and they told me to come back after their break. Also, a while back I had a pharmacy prescription transfer coupon ON THE KROGER APP that stated pharmacist will apply at prescription pickup. When I went to pick up my prescription and showed them the coupon they had no idea what it was was and didn't honor it. I'm switching to another pharmacy."

"Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my life! Tried to charge me full price for a medication that my insurance covered for only 50$. They had me calling my insurance and doctor multiple times trying to figure out why my medication price was so high when really it was just their incompetence that caused the confusion. They even claimed my insurance was inactive when it was perfectly active. To make matters worse, they charged me for said medication I didn’t receive and the pharmacy manager had a nasty attitude when I told him that I needed the charge on my card reversed or else I’d be contacting my bank and disputing the charges. After much going back and forth, the employee that made the mistake admitted that they wrongfully charged me and reversed the charge, but the pharmacy manager would not take my word for it because I didn’t have a receipt. The pharmacy manager needs to learn about basic customer service because that is no way to treat paying customers! I would check all charges and save your receipts if you’re dealing with this pharmacy but I would avoid it at all costs!"
