"The entire experience was horrible with regards to customer service. I first waited approximately 10 minutes in electronics before an employee assisted. Once the employee, I believe her name was Crystal, came to assist she shouted from down the aisle asking what I needed. Another customer and myself both informed her the type of AirPods we needed as we were both looking for the same kind. The employee went to the back room to get them but got the wrong ones for both of us and as she was walking away I saw the employee roll her eyes. Then she proceeded to talk to another employee about us while I could still see her down the same aisle we were all standing in. Eventually the employees both looked back and saw me watching at her so she went into the back to get the correct AirPods. Later afterwards I ended up having to order them online as I had card issues. Crystal informed me that since I now placed the order online I had to go to customer relations in order to get them. When I arrived at customer relations I was told even though Crystal had the AirPods in her hands I still had to wait up to 2 hours for the online order to be fulfilled. I received a confirmation email stating that my online order was placed and was told I would receive an email stating when the order was ready to be picked up. I arrived back at customer relations about 2 hours later inquiring if the order was ready and the employee quickly went to the back and got it. As she scanned the order tag I immediately received an email stating that the order was picked up so I inquired why I never received the email stating the order was ready for pickup. The employee stated it must have been in my spam folder although it wasn’t. I even showed her how I immediately got the email stating the order was picked up when she scanned the tag and there was no response as to why I never received the email stating it was ready for pickup. After leaving the store a few minutes later then I received the email stating the order was ready for pickup but at this point I already had the order and left the store."
"This use to be one of the nicest targets but it has declined overall. I understand that it can get really crowded during weekdays and holidays but thier is no excuse for how dirty the bathrooms are. It smells of unirine and toilet paper and pads thrown all over the floor. Of course customers are to blame for their nasty behavior but how is not a single worker not seeing how disgusting the bathrooms are and not cleaning them. Toilet paper hanging from plastic bags and trash cans overflowing with trash. This was the condition of the bathrooms on a weekday when it's not that busy so I can't imagine how they look on weekends and holidays. For being a store in a high end mall is disappointing. Do better with your standards target, I'll go to another target location than this one instead."
"Am I even surprised Target is going downhill too??! Seems to be in line with everything else these days. Customer Service is nonexistent. Those once quiet and pretty red shopping carts... filled with trash from the previous shoppers and also rattle. A friendly Target Associate to help? Nope... I had to flag down 3 employees today and only one was able to help (the other 2 didn't have "walkies" on them and kept walking as they told me why they couldn't help). I went as far as calling the store while I was in the Electronic department thinking I would get someone to help that way, but guess what... Target didn't even answer their phone! There's a ton of chatting among the staff themselves. Even a group in the aisle talking about one of the other girl's pregnant belly and touching the baby with their back turned to those who need assistance. Nice that you all get along, but this isn't the social hour! I went to buy a Nintendo Switch with all the accessories today during my lunch break at WORK! Yes, people, WORK (none of the Target people know what work is, if I am judging by today)! I was finally helped by Uzi in the Electronics department. I will say he is the best fit for that area. He gave me so much information and I felt confident about the purchase I was making. BUT, I am not happy with the other people who basically didn't go an extra mile to get help faster. I don't understand how this is okay. I spent $444.88 today and if I wasn't in such a hurry, I would have decided to purchase from another retailer based on principle (or at least a different Target). I know Target sees huge tickets everyday, so my purchase is one of many medium sales, but I guarantee, I will think twice before using this retailer at this location again."
"They just finished remodeling this Target. They change the layout of the store. Cleaning items to the back at pet supplies to the west side, besides that little inconvenience the store looks really good. I really like the new beauty supply are."
