"The guy at the register was helpful and knowledgeable."
"Jami was fantastic! Very helpful and kind. Put all her attention towards helping me while also addressing other customers that she will be right with them. Went over my full report in detail for each of my pools. Was not pushy towards anything only gave me her recommendations and the knowledge of when to put certain things at what times. Will be making sure we start coming to this location only going forward. Thank you Jami."
"Jami is AWESOME. I called to see if they had a certain part and she helped me find it. Then ordered for me and called me when it came in. Needless to say, I gave her the wrong part, and brought it back. She helped through the entire process of finding the right part, along with other small things that I found needed to be replaced. She even helped me find a new pool service because the ones I currently have suck. She is a prime example at how customer service SHOULD be. (My husband was even an a$$ because his patience was short with the pool, NOT her and she didn't try to argue with him or anything!) I am 100% sure I will go here from now on for ALL my pool needs. Thanks again Jami."
"I wanted to give Zero stars, but you have to give one as a minimum. My Pentair Racer cleaner lost all wheel power. Water was jetting through it, but the wheels barely moved. My pool guy dropped it off and was having them fix it. My Racer also had broken the fitting for the tail, so it didn't have its tail installed but the Racer doesn't need its tail (ask any Pentair rep) so I didn't care. Needless to say, Leslie's charged $110 to fix my cleaner. When my pool guy brought it back, Leslie's had replaced the tail. I wasn't happy about it, but at least they fixed the drive portion of the cleaner. After a couple of days, I noticed it wasn't moving again. I pulled it out and saw the wheels still had minimal drive. My pool guy took it back in, and that's when I found out, they didn't fix the drive, but just replaced a tail (that I didn't need) for $110. Now they said they couldn't fix the unit at all. I told my pool guy that I'd pick up the cleaner and talk to them. Needless to say, I got to speak to a couple of young girls who were quite snotty and proceeded to put me in my place. I didn't know what I was talking about, they couldn't refund the cost of the tail, no one ever told them there was an issue with the drive in the unit. They even had a note attached to the cleaner say to replace the tail as proof! Of course they didn't realize that this was the second time the cleaner had been there, so that was a new note for old work that had already been performed. The girls stopped just short of cussing me out. Needless to say, I took the cleaner and just walked out. I got a broken cleaner with a new tail for $110. I called Cypress Custom Pools about the issue to see if they had any suggestions. They had built my pool and I didn't think the cleaner would be covered under warranty, as we had just approached the 2 year mark. CCP called Pentair and they came out and looked at the unit, and just gave me a new one. When I told the Pentair rep about the $110 tail, he started laughing. He was pretty amazed that Leslie's could get away with charging that for a tail. Thanks Leslie's. You've made a life long customer out of me, well, for you competition at least."
"Horrible! I called on Saturday about bringing in a pump motor to have the seal replaced. I was told only the manager could do it and he wouldn't be in until Wed. I called today to see what the price on a new one would be and I was told $429. I found the same pump on line for $255 with free shipping. I asked for the manager and they said he is off today. Unbelievable@@@"
