"The store is clean and pleasant. The reason for just 1 star is the sneaky and unethical tactic to get customer signed up for their reward program from the assistant manager. She asked for my phone number couldn’t find me in the system. Said that it is maybe under my email. Instead of checking she signed me up for their rewards program without asking if I am interested in."
"I will never ever stop in this store again. My daughter & I was in the store looking for some shoes for me to wear to work. I just came from five below my daughter had small plastic bag & a bag she brought from five below too, but anyway the sales lady Jennifer thought we was stealing bc my daughter put her plastic bag inside the big bag she I had. I was so offended because I get up every morning to go to work. My experience there was not good & I did report it to her supervisor."
