"2/2/24 _It usually takes 2 separate deliveries to get the items I originally ordered. Not because of quantity, but the 1st delivery is always missing multiple items. I have learned to deal with this. HEB is just as bad. 2/5/24_ I think I figured it out. Items usually missing in original order are items that were "added to order." So, don't add items after the original order is sent."

"I was really hurt today at store. I went to get a basketball goal. I asked the associate working in toys could help me with the price. He said DONT U HAVE AN APP? I said yes thank you. He didn’t say unwelcome. Then I asked him if he could help me take to front. He said just take a photo of the bar code. Someone up there will help. I was like…okay. I took photo to front. Guess what…needed the product. He was an older guy. Look like he was in his 60s. Either he didn’t like his job or didn’t want to help African Americans. It’s 2024. This shouldn’t be happening."

"All the people that come from your company have done nothing but courteous and helpful. They help set up the bed and once they did they helped me to set it to where it's the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. All the equipment that I've gotten they've taught me how to use it even though I already know how."

"My parents and I order groceries via Walmart's "At Home" delivery and have for over 2 years. We were always happy until the past few months.....produce has been horrible, not to mention milk spoiled 10 days before expiration. Regarding produce, 1st problem was with Driscoll Strawberries which were molded on bottom and insides looked as though someone puked, Green Onions were wilted, recall on Kandy Canteloupe due to Salmonella (they did credit me for cost, however I never saw where they removed or noted "out of stock". Lettuce (when available) was molded several times as well as wilted (there is NO REASON why whomever is performing the shopping cannot see the produce is molded/wilted)!! I will no longer continue to spend my hard earned money if they cannot provide quality produce. Not sure what is going on with the Milk. I have attached pictures."

"This Walmart has really gone downhill in the last year! Dirty, not stocked correctly, and disorganized. Now to my biggest complaint... The men's bathroom... I mean, come on, man! Look at the grime in the tiles. Look at that caulking job around the toilet! And the mess. A multi-billion-dollar company and this is okay for your public facilities? Walmart... you're better than that Come on, man.! 2 stars for now..."
