"I ordered a pair of Hippo Hands from them for my Pan America. In the reviews it said an extension was needed to mount them, that review was on the Hippo Hands website. I didn't realize that, so when I contacted Titan about it they searched for the review, and found it for me then contacted Hippo Hands and made sure that I got what was needed to install them properly. Very helpfull."

"I will add my name to the list here. Ordered and paid for a top-of-the-line Minn Kota trolling motor 6/19/2022. Right at $3600 plus tax. As of today almost a YEAR LATER I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. They will not answer nor call back on the dozens of messages I have left. They initially answered after a few weeks went by and convinced me it was a supply chain issue and then it became too late to get a refund through my CC company. I’m thinking now that is part of their plan.. This place is a total SCAM!!! For me they have proven to be nothing but LIARS AND THIEVES. I had to give at least one star to post this."
