She did not explain the store policy and when I asked for an explanation of why I received less than the item was worth She had an disrespectful tone and attitude. This would not be someone that I would want as the face of my company. She has absolutely no customer service."

"Taylor with the blue hair just disrespected me and my sister the worst we have ever been at a store… she called us to the checkout and we didn’t hear her at first so she decided to walk away and about 10 min later finally came back after being called by a coworker and immediately had an attitude and said we ignored her and that’s why she walked off and said we were wasting her time…. She called us over and didn’t even wait for us to walk over before she stormed off… will never be coming back here y’all need to do better and hire respectful employees who actually know good customer service."

"This location is large and well taken care of. It was clean and had friendly employees up front that answered questions and available to help. Bought two large rugs for under $100 each and returned the one that did not fit as well. They helped us bring the rug back in for return. Great staff. Only 4 star because of the lack of Jordan, kobe, and LeBron shoes."
