If something you want requires installation, they will do that for you, right on the spot. And in the future, if you have mechanical issues, Trek Bicycle Katy will have one of its bicycle mechanics take care of your problem. I really like the selection at this bicycle shop. Yes, it caters to the Trek brand, but Trek does make a quality bicycle. And you won’t find any low- end bicycles at this store. Trek Bicycle Katy sells only the higher- end models, so you need to be prepared to pay a higher price than you would pay if you went to a local retail department store and settled for a simple bicycle. Some of the accessories and other items might seem a little pricey at Trek Bicycle Katy, but you know what? The personalized and professional service is worth it. I appreciate that the folks at this store took the time to get to know me, get to know what I wanted, and found the perfect bicycle for me. It feels good to get back into cycling. Trek Bicycle Katy has helped to jump start something I hadn’t done in a long time: Ride a bicycle as part of my weekly fitness and enjoyment.
