"I received my order and the shoe was defected. spoke with the manager to swap it out for a different one since the first pair was the display model. He assured me that they had 7 in stock in another store and that would arrive by Thursday. I never received a phone call that my shoes were in, I called the store and seems like they never ordered my shoes. I made it very clear that I needed them by Friday since I was going out of the country. I went by the store today to return the shoes and instead of getting a refund they charged my card twice. I didn’t even know until they called me to tell me their error and they would be more than happy to give me credit for 2 pair of shoes. Excuse me? Your giving me back my money that is owed to me. lol Manager is worthless didn’t even offer a discount or made any efforts to make this right for having to go there 4 times in less than a week. Will never go there again."

Lance was great asking me questions about my experience running and did a scan on my feet to identify what type of running shoe would give me more knee stability and support while running. He also recommended a few things that were helpful while running. The store vibe was very welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning to this location with my son to buy him a pair of sneakers."
