"To the sale associate working at the West Grand Parkway location on 11/4/2023 around closing time that refused to let my 2 year old use the bathroom at your store which we have used before. I hope that you find some compassion in your heart to show a bit of kindness to a young child that does not yet have full control of his bowels.
