"I’ve only ever done drop and hooks so I’ve always had great experiences there. Sometimes it’s a goose chase looking for the trailer I need to hook but the yardjockies are always helpful when I ask them questions."
"As any other HEB, appointments only, park outside, walk to drivers entrance, check in, park on the dock, if you see a green light don’t go for your POD, after they unload your TRL the old man has to go outside of the office and count your delivery, unloading is fast, the problem is the old guy/heb logistics. Unloading 30-50 min. “Counting”: 10-30 min."
"They are appt. Only. Mine was 11 am but i was able to check in at 4am. I checked in at 6 30 was out by 9. Overnight parking available on site. Overall id come back."
