"I've been to this location twice and received excellent customer service. David was very understanding about an issue I had with a pair of sandals that I bought that ended up having a minor issue. He worked with me to find an alternate solution. It was very awesome of him to do that. Jovany has helped me twice, once with a sale and assisted with the exchange above. He is really friendly and polite. Great team! ☆☆☆☆☆"
"This is the new Shoe Carnival built outside the mall. Very organized and well put together. Different shoes and styles for every age group. Surprised, I had seen some work boots and cowboy boots available here. Might have to wait for more sales. I couldn't help but get me some pairs of walking and running shoes with my wife. They are overstocked, which is good to find your size. Signed up their rewards program to earn points to redeem for upcoming holidays coming right around the corner. Staff is nice but a suggestion would be to have some employees walk around to help get some shoe sizes from the top shelves for us since Ladder was not around."
