"I’ve been a customer for the last 7 years and by far I had the worst experience while taking a passport photo. The manager aptitude was the worst and happened without excuse at all. I highly recommend the management company of this place to consider sending her for customer service skills training ASAP or hire another person. "I was picking up prescriptions that my doctor sent on Tuesday. Wednesday: only 1 out of 4 was ready. Thursday: only 1 out of the remaining 3 was ready. When asked when all my prescriptions will be ready, couldn't tell any specific time. Avoid at all cost."
"Well I came here to shop and I did just that. The only issue I have is that when I needed to use the restroom they were supposedly out of order reminded me of the gas stations after certain time they don't let you use it but it was like 6pm in the afternoon. So yeah, then I asked the lady at the cashier what restrooms they use and she said we don't use restrooms. I was like okay she did say to go across the street and use that restroom at the restaurant. Please fix your restrooms."
