"I placed an order and after waiting 40+ days, I eventually had to cancel it. They had no answers as to why my order had not shipped. I placed several phone calls with customer service and you never get to speak with anyone. You always have to leave your number and have someone call you back. When I did get to someone, every time they told me they would look into my order and call or email me back with updates. I never once had a return call. It was a very long and frustrating process. They may have low prices, but don't be surprised if you never see your order."
