"We received a small backpack & keychain as a gift. The keychain was defective & came apart the day we received it, which was 2 days after purchased & had been left in the bag it left the store in. They wouldn't exchange for a new one. We wanted to pay for the difference for a larger backpack. They do not do excanges only returns and repurchase. That can be very difficult if you were not the one that purchased originally. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will not return."

"We have bought rebel for YEARS ! My daughters love the brand , while I don’t love the price , I work hard and do what I can for them to get nice things. We were in Dallas for a competition so I figured taking them here would be an awesome idea ! While we were taking pictures on the couch and shopping around , the girl working there was just staring with an uninviting look on her face . Not once did she ask if we needed help, or anything to show she was trying to help…it just seemed as if she wanted us out of the store . With a store/brand as expensive as this one , I would expect someone a little more inviting or friendly working there . I don’t even want to go back to the store at all."

"The store is absolutely amazing! So fun to shop rebel’s items in person where you can truly appreciate all the designs, especially the couture. Really nice that there are changing rooms available as well. Tons of awesome photo ops around the store. Definitely a must visit, especially if coming in from out of town. Great place to meet up with other Rebel loving friends."
