"I had a terrible experience with this store. More than half a year ago I dropped off a jacket for repair at the store (June 2023, now it's Feb 2024). I didn't hear back about it since then. I called several times but no one ever answered the calls. Finally, I made a trip to the store 9 months after I dropped off the item to inquire about it. They told me that the item was picked up by someone just 10 days ago. Then they showed me the pick-up ticket on their gadget showing a wrong email address (with one letter off) and a wrong work order ID (with one digit off). When I asked the manager how anyone would know to pick the item up if the notification was sent to a wrong email address, she was extremely dismissive and told me to call customer service - didn't even try to look into the issue for a second in her store, or offer any apology. I shop a lot at Lululemon, and this is the rudest Lululemon employee I have ever met. The obvious question is, if the notification was sent to a wrong email address by mistake (so I - the owner of the item - didn't know about it), who else would know the jacket's existence and could pick it up, other than the store staff?"

"Jan 2024:5⭐: I would recommend this location and the personnel that helped my family member shop and check out. I was pleasantly surprised by this entire store location and staff. I am not a shopper of this store, but decided to accompany my family member to gather some workout clothing. I was approached by one of the sales staff members who was ready to help me locate an item inside the store. I commented about the men's section appearing to be only a fourth of the store. She advised that they were expanding more items for men to include shoes being offered at a future date at this location. I asked a couple questions about the personnel working in the store and was advised that they had eight cashiers available to help check out customers and keep the line moving. She also advised that there were plenty of sales people on the floor that were capable of assisting customers with their purchase. She advised that they were going to keep increasing the options in the store for their male customers. She showed me some of the items that were on the display wall for the men. My family member was assisted by one of the store workers in finding a myriad of needed AND wanted items. Okay, how many sports bras are too many? LoL. The dressing rooms were orderly and managed well. My spouse was able to find the items she needed that fit for her use. This was my first visit with my family member. I see why she has returned to this store location. It's a great thing to see retail operations function like it should function. Great job in my opinion and worth your time to go by here and check them out."

"Willow and Tyler are the best!! I walked in needing to replace some clothes that had torn and was shocked they had everything in my size! Thank you Willow and Tyler for your great customer service and thank you lululemon for honoring your quality promise - I love this brand and I love this location."

"This was our first trip to the store. We were greeted by the store manager, Ruby, who was super friendly and helpful. She took us right to what my granddaughter wanted but they did not have the correct size. She proceeded to order these 2 items online for us. Helped us with a spur of the moment purchase also. Overall, better experience than anticipated! Thank you Ruby!"

"This location was packed when we walked in, a lot of options for men and women, fully stocked. Isha helped us find a few different sizes and made sure we were taken care of. Excellent customer service from walk-in to checkout."
