"Sure I'll give it a good review. They have just about any team you could possibly want and a large selection and when I was in there just browsing around employees made it a point to ask me if I needed anything. It's a very packed heavy store so much stuff it seems like a discount store because it's so tightly packed with every piece of merchandise but but the employees are always willing to help and point out in the right direction"
"There’s a woman who works there with dark shoulder length hair (maybe slightly shorter), She wears thin framed circular glasses….she’s rude and has no customer service skills. She almost seemed bothered by our question when we needed help. I’m not saying she has to be overly happy, but try not to look so annoyed when helping customers."
"Went in to return a Jersey that was shipped to me in a kid size instead of an adult woman size. Spoke with a lady there she was a complete wise a**, but I did receive my refund. But she was not helpful in trying to help me find anything else!"
"Honestly if I could do less than 1 star I would, but I have never In my life encountered such a rude manager that is ungodly rude to her customers and staff. Whoever Vanessa is, I hope your company takes action and does something about the hateful and rude way she treats people around her. Definitely a poor choice from Rally house on making someone of that character a manager. Until she isn’t there me and anyone I know that shops there will be informed and now know to take their business somewhere else where a person can be treated and talked to ad a person. Very disappointed because I know many people that like to shop there but that’s not the only store that has sports products close. Thanks and have a great day!"
"Wow - they have everything. I was looking for a Dallas Stars baseball hat - man did they have the assortment.... it was hard to choose with so many cool options. the people were super helpful and I was in and out in a few minutes. If you need any sports logo branded stuff - Pro or college, they have the largest assortment of very cool stuff. The place is packed with great stuff"
