They took the time to use their machines and recommend 3 options of shoes. They had her wear all three and she was able to narrow down to the Hokas. They did not have the exact color she wanted in store so they ordered for it to be delivered to the house. Less than a week later a very nice lady that represented the Dallas Running Company came by the house with the shoes and even left a hand written letter in the box. The best thing is that the shoes were fair market value. I am thoroughly impressed by the service and will be a repeat customer."

"My husband asked me to write a review for this place based on his recent experience there. He was ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED! The reason why my husband decided to visit this store was because he is going through some vigorous training for a new job and the workouts have taken a toll on his feet and knee. His feet would go numb after so much pressure and training. I guess the knee pain stemmed from that. He bought shin sleeves, knee brace and even a new pair of Brooks Tennis shoes thinking that would help him train better. But unfortunately the pain didn’t go away. In desperation, he found this store. Jared Zak was the associate that assisted him that day and he was super informative. He was extremely patient, answered all his questions and very knowledgeable about the shoes that were more fitting for my husbands needs. They took images of his feet and you could see in the photo - he has a very low arch. So Jared recommended a couple inserts and shoes that would better support his arch. He ended up purchasing a pair of NB and foam inserts that fit him best. Needless to say, it’s been a week since his purchase and he has felt 20x better through his training. Feet don’t go numb anymore. Hardly any knee pain. He’s very happy with the purchase and experience. Highly recommend!"
