"Walked in for the first time, got greeted at the front. Super nice guy. Tried asking for a ball fitting and got totally rejected by Renee. Claiming he was “too busy” and to just come back. Also, they didn’t have enough time… when it was 10am when I visited. Put a bad taste in my mouth for sure, walked out empty handed and not really wanting to come back."

"I had the opportunity to interact with Kenny the tennis pro at this store. In short, he is a real pro. He took his time to walk me through the pros of different rackets and encouraged me to try out a variety of demo rackets. I went into the store thinking I wanted a certain racket but after taking his advice and trying multiple demo rackets, I think I found something better than what I originally wanted. He provided advice on string and even took time out of his day to give me advice on things I needed to do, to improve my swing. Basically he gave me a coaching lesson while at the store. He strikes me as a really down to earth, easy going person who is very willing to work with you as you determine which racket might work best for you."

"Review for lessons only. Out of 6 booked lesson times over the past several months, 3 have been cancelled last minute, and there only appears to be a single pro at this location. Let's just say that a 50% cancellation rate is less than ideal. When he's there, he's a really great instructor and he's helped me make great improvements in just the 3 lessons we've completed. I understand that people sometimes get sick, but maybe they should consider adding a second person to provide lessons, or have someone available as a backup to cover when that happens."

"Customer Service sucks. They have plenty of staff. They are standing around talking to each other, on their phones or following me to see if I steal. I went in to buy my daughter her first clubs. Stood around for 10 minutes. Walked to the front of the store made eye contact with an employee raised my hand showing I need help and he ignored me. I walked out. Golf galaxy or local shops from now on."
