"I have shopped at this store since it opened and have always had great experiences. 2 weeks ago they had a buy 1 get 1 half off sale and I of course purchased 2 pairs of shoes. Now I always have to order my shoes and hope they fit as I wear 14s. Buy the time the shoes came in and I tried them on to relize 1 pair didn't fit the sale had ended. I returned to the store to swap for a different pair and they would not honor the sale and informed me that I would have to pay full price for the other shoes. It's a bit disappointing but I had no real option so I paid the $35 difference. I am however very disappointed knowing that I could have been taken care of but wasn't."
